It is made of paraffinic based mineral base oils, emulsifiers, antistatics and special additives. Blending Oil minimizes fiber-metal, fiber-fiber friction and prevents wear and breakage. It provides resistance and dimension to the yarn by providing high fiber cohesion. It prevents static electricity on the fiber. Thanks to its high wetting feature, it reduces the surface tension of the fiber and allows the oil to penetrate.
Properties
Since it contains anti-corrosive, antioxidant and antimicrobial additives, it does not cause corrosion and bacterial growth in the environment.
Usage
WOOL – 10%-15% emulsion is prepared and applied as 3-3.5% of the fiber weight.
SYNTHETIC – 10-15% aqueous emulsion is prepared. It is applied as 1.5 – 2.0% of the fiber weight.
COTTON – 10-15% aqueous emulsion is prepared, 1-1.5% of the fiber weight
is applied.
